1 Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Platform" refers to the ck4com website accessible at https://ck4com.app, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimised views, and any related digital services provided by ck4com.
- "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
- "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the ck4com Platform in any capacity.
- "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer table, slot title, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by ck4com.
- "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole transaction currency supported on the Platform.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the Platform's anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention policies.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the ck4com Platform. By completing registration, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. ck4com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If it is determined that a Player is or was under 18 at the time of registration or any transaction, ck4com will immediately close the Account, void all Wagers placed, and return any remaining real-money deposits after deducting any associated costs.
2.2 Geographical Eligibility
The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ck4com makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in jurisdictions other than those it targets.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ck4com reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and confiscate any balances held therein, subject to the return of net real-money deposits where fraud is not determined to be the motive.
2.4 Accurate Information
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your Account and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and termination.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)
ck4com may require Players to complete identity verification at any stage — including, without limitation, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching specific cumulative deposit thresholds, or where the Platform's fraud-detection systems flag an Account for review. Accepted KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate alongside proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ck4com may result in temporary Account restriction.
3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ck4com recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via mobile OTP, which is available to all registered Players in their Account security settings.
You agree to notify ck4com immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. ck4com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
ck4com reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account where it reasonably suspects that Account security has been compromised, pending verification of the account holder's identity. During any such lock period, Wagers may not be placed and withdrawals may be suspended.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
ck4com processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from major Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions.
4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time and the current applicable limits are displayed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests are processed as follows, subject to completion of KYC and absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements:
- bKash and Nagad: within 1–3 hours for standard accounts; under 30 minutes for Gold tier and above VIP members.
- Rocket and Upay: within 3–6 hours.
- Bank transfers: within 24 hours on business days.
4.4 Player-Owned Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ck4com does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third-party account will be reversed and may trigger an Account review.
4.5 Currency
All Account balances, Wagers, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck4com does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than BDT.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by ck4com are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are not immediately withdrawable. Before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn, the Player must fulfil the applicable Wagering Requirement — that is, wager an amount equal to a specified multiple of the bonus value. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus Funds and associated free spins that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of crediting will automatically expire and be forfeited. ck4com is not obligated to reinstate expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions
ck4com reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using strategies designed to exploit wagering requirement mechanics; and coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering activity.
5.5 Right to Amend
ck4com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of any such change will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, except where ck4com determines that continued operation of a promotion would constitute a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Wagers
All Wagers are subject to acceptance by ck4com. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A Wager is only confirmed once the Platform has issued a bet confirmation reference to the Player.
6.2 Errors & System Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error that results in a Wager being accepted at incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions, ck4com reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. ck4com shall have no further liability in respect of such Wagers.
6.3 Disputed Results
The outcome of all casino games and sports betting markets is determined by the Platform's certified systems and official sporting results respectively. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a Wager, the Player must contact ck4com Support within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. The decision of ck4com management in respect of any dispute shall be final and binding.
6.4 Responsible Wagering Limits
Players may set voluntary Wager limits, deposit limits, and loss limits from within their Account settings. ck4com encourages all Players to make use of these tools as part of a responsible gaming approach.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck4com Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all associated Wagers and winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:
- Registering an Account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
- Opening more than one Account for the purpose of obtaining duplicate bonuses or circumventing Platform restrictions.
- Use of automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or any form of artificial intelligence to place Wagers without manual human instruction.
- Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes or manipulate live dealer games.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Platform software or game.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not have arisen in normal play.
- Engaging in any conduct designed to launder money, finance terrorism, or otherwise use the Platform for unlawful financial purposes.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Players via any communication channel associated with ck4com.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the ck4com Platform — including but not limited to the ck4com brand name, logo, domain, website design, graphics, game content, software, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of ck4com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without the prior written consent of ck4com.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck4com's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or any Wager shall be limited to the net real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ck4com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
ck4com does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond ck4com's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, acts of God, or regulatory action) may result in temporary unavailability. ck4com will use reasonable endeavours to minimise such disruptions and to provide advance notice where possible.
10 Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by ck4com is governed by the ck4com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
ck4com collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, verify player identity, process financial transactions, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and deliver customer support. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
11 Responsible Gaming
ck4com is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care in this regard seriously.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at any time from within their Account settings, without any waiting period or approval process required:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
- Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period.
- Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that it not be reopened. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

12 Amendments to These Terms
ck4com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ck4com will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or a prominent in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.
Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming regulations under which ck4com holds its operating licence. The Platform operates under an offshore licence and is not regulated by any Bangladeshi domestic gaming authority.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and ck4com, the Player should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting ck4com Support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the Player's initial written complaint, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by ck4com's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any right the Player may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh that cannot be excluded by contract.
